今朝も美濃和紙の里からお知らせです。
丸重製紙の雁皮紙の原料処理にはひと手間もふた手間もかかります。
その最たるものがこの「ウェット処理」。
実際のスクリーン（除塵）と抄紙機に通しますが、ドライヤー（乾燥）工程の手前のウェット毛布を出たところのロール部分で回収します。
そして、これを再度抄紙機に通して紙を抄きます。
こうする事で大きなゴミが事前に取れて、かつ地合いのよい美しい雁皮紙がスムーズに抄く事ができます。
美しい和紙を抄く為には、ひと手間ふた手間が欠かせませんね！
